This week, we covered 2 protocols, one is on SUI blockchain, a relative new one, and another one is the newest protocol that is trending all over twitter right now.

Typus Finance

I wouldn't say that the launch of SUI mainnet was great, and many will agree with me.

However, there is definitely still protocols' opportunities on $SUI.

WHY $SUI?

First of all, here is a good indicator of why I believe $SUI is undervalued despite the current market:
Comparing the TVL flow and Price action.

From the last 2 months:
- TVL went from 11m to 24m
- Price went from $0.7 to $0.5

Although there are token supply issue to be considered, but I do see this as an opportunity.

WHAT IS TYPUS FINANCE?

Typus finance is a real yield infrastructure built on Sui Network.
It is the largest options vault protocol on SUI.

It offers 3 kind of options investing strategies in several coins:
- Covered call 
- Put selling 
- Call spread 

Users can choose their preferred investing period and deposit into different vaults accordingly.

There are also analytics sheet on their website so users can check the past performance of each vault before depositing.

VAULTS HIGHLIGHT

The vault that I am interested in for the current market condition will be the "Covered call". 

With $SUI going sideways and not likely to pump huge due to the unlocking at the beginning of every month, using the covered call strategy will be a great option.

Once users deposit into the vault, Typus handles the rest.

In short:
There's a daily or weekly strike price depends on the vault, as long as $SUI doesn't go over the selected strike price by the end of the time, users earn profit.

ALPHA & STRATEGY

Besides the great APY typus offers, there are more reasons for me to use this protocol.

1. Still early, might be coins/airdrop in the future.

2. Their free mint NFT is coming in a week.

3. Very active in marketing and boosting yield.

This is what I am going to do:
Use the daily covered call strategy on $SUI.
Harvest once in 2-3 days and reinvest.

Protocol Highlight #2

In my opinion, participating in airdrop is the BEST way to earn in crypto space in terms of reward-risk ratio.

You probably saw $tip all over twitter in the last 24 hours, so what is it about?

WHAT IS TIP COIN? 

Tip Coin is a social protocol launched 2 days ago on twitter.

With their genius marketing strategy, it went viral and they are literally all over crypto twitter.
(Try searching $tip on twitter and you will see what I mean)

However, Tip Coin is currently only a points-earning game, we can expect their app, or official docs to come out real soon.

No information about tokenomics are out yet, but most users are farming already because no one want to miss out.

WHEN AIRDROP? 

Airdrop happens weekly, the first epoch is from 9/1~9/7.

So first airdrop: 9/8 

Depends on how much people earn on the first epoch, this will basically determine the future faith of Tipcoin.

HOW TO EARN POINTS? 

For the first time, users need to log in and connect twitter at https://thetipcoin.io, and follow the steps to start earning points.

After completing, there will be 3 ways to earn points:

1. Original tweet 
- Maximum of 5 a day
- 25x multiplier
- Having more likes, retweets, and views will get you more points.

2. Tweet replies 
- Maximum of 50 a day
- 1x multiplier

3. Replied kickbacks 
- 1/10 points per tip

In any of the 3 ways, you will need to tag $tip and @tipcoineth to be counted toward your stats.

ALPHA & STRATEGY 

If you are a influencer on twitter, simply adding @tipcoineth and $tip on your daily posts will be enough.

Interact under other people's tweet and max out the 50 replies.

It's only 7 days and we'll likely see the result of this.

Similar to farming engagement, another method is to comment using the tags under the big influencers as soon as they posted.
